You’re able to send .jpg, .tif, .mp4, .mov, and more – if you have a question about a particular file type, please call us at (877) 237-4037 during business hours and we’ll sort you out!

Upload and send us an unlimited number of files as long as each file size does not exceed 2 GB. We’ll then follow your instructions and create your video without further hassle.

Our editing team generally returns an .mp4 that is YouTube and Vimeo ready, or able to be loaded onto a USB drive for clients. Add a link to your listings right away, or share on social media!

If you need your video in faster than 48 hours, for just 50% extra ($40) we’re able to put in the extra time and effort to speed the video along for your convenience.

Need a tweak or change?  Prefer a shot be moved forward in time, added or removed?  We’ll make two rounds of changes for you at NO ADDITIONAL COST!

If you are not able to use your video, and we just haven’t been able to get it right for you, no worries, we won’t charge you. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

We have a small group of male and female voice professionals who will record the video details for the property. Samples of their voices are available during the video ordering process.

You are able to select the voice talent and/or music that you prefer, or decide against using a voice or music at all. You’re in control!
